I hereby authorize Dulles Limousine, LLC (Dulles Limo) to charge my Credit Card for the total amount due according to the following terms:
Credit Card on file required for ALL reservations. Customer agrees to pay any unforeseen charges e.g. extended service time (hourly), extra destinations, waiting time, parking and tolls.
Dulles Limousine, Dulles Limo Airport Rates are based on a Flat Rate and do not include Virginia tax or additional 25% service fee (tax, fuel, partial gratuity and vehicle preparation).
Dulles Limousine, Dulles Limo Hourly Rates are calculated based on a hourly rate and charged to the next hour.
Dulles Limousine, Dulles Limo Rates listed do not include Virginia tax or additional 25% service fee (tax, fuel, partial gratuity and vehicle preparation) or parking fees and any tolls which will be added in the total price.
Dulles Limousine, Dulles Limo Reservation system does not include Virginia tax or additional 25% service fee (tax, fuel, partial gratuity and vehicle preparation) or parking fees and any tolls which will be added in the total price.
Dulles Limousine, Dulles Limo Service begins at the scheduled pickup time, or when the customer, group, or passengers enter the vehicle, whichever occurs first.
Dulles Limousine, Dulles Limo will honestly try to maintain the schedule submitted by its customer, group, passengers after the customer, group or passengers first initial pickup , but such schedule is not guaranteed and Dulles Limousine will not be liable for delays caused by incorrect itinerary information, last minute changes, traffic, acts of God, strikes, riots, authorities of law, terrorists, hazards, dangers of inclement weather, hazardous road conditions, accidents, breakdowns or any other condition beyond our control.
Dulles Limousine Cancellation Policy:
Deposits non-refundable. Cancellation of airport pickup and drop-off reservations require at least a twenty four hour notice, less than 4 hours and no shows for airport transportation will be charged 100% of total invoice. All hourly services require a deposit of 40% of the total invoice amount at time of booking which is non-refundable, cancellations less than 10 days and no-shows will be charged 100% (no refunds).
Dulles Limousine, Dulles Limo does not allow any customer, group,or any passenger to use the vehicle for any activity that is illegal. Dulles Limo reserves the right to terminate service and charge full amount of services if chauffeur finds any passenger in the vehicle conducting illegal activity or with any illegal substance.
Passengers that are not over 21 years of age will not be allowed in any Dulles Limousine, Dulles Limo Vehicle if alcoholic beverages are present, Dulles Limousine, Dulles Limo reserves the right to terminate service and charge full amount of services if chauffeur finds any passengers not over 21 years of age in the vehicle with any alcoholic beverages present.
*No Smoking in any Dulles Limousine, Dulles Limo Vehicle or affiliates vehicle is not allowed, any signs of smoking in the vehicle will result in a minimum mandatory $300.00 cleaning fee, if smoking is detected by the chauffeur we reserve the right to terminate the trip, at full charge to the passengers. Eating limited with care. (minor clean up such as food, chips, doritos, trash etc from eating will result in a $50 clean up fee)

*Customer, group, or passengers are responsible for any damage(s) to the vehicle and equipment as well as excessive clean up fees may be assessed for trash, unsanitary debris, regurgitation , gum, smoking, etc or spills left in the vehicle. Excessive clean up fee, damage and repairs shall have a minimum charge of $300.00.

Physical damage done by the customer, passengers, or group will result in an additional assessment for repair parts and labor.
Broken or missing bar glasses will result in a replacement charge of $20.00 each.
Dulles Limousine, Dulles Limo and/or all it's affiliates have NO liability and will NOT be responsible whatsoever for any property or personal effects left in the vehicle by the customer, group or passengers.
Dulles Limousine, Dulles Limo has the right to use any of its affiliates to contract or subcontract any customer, group, or passengers reservation.
Dulles Limousine, Dulles Limo and passengers has the right to share photos of their event on our company website unless otherwise asked not to; will remove any photos per request per individual in the photo upon request.
Signature of customer, group, or passenger (written or electronic) constitutes full and complete understanding of this agreement and will advise ALL passengers of Dulles Limousine policy.
